Activity: When cleaning off the kitchen table after a meal, remove a few items at a time.  Immediately after removing these items have your child recall the objects removed.

Suggested Script: I'm going to clear off the kitchen table.  Close your eyes while I take some things off.  Open your eyes and tell me what I took off."

Other Activities: Use the same technique when setting the table.  Have your child close his/her eyes when you put something on the table and when they open their eyes, they can tell you what you what was added.
